Delhi has a staggering amount to see, but if one had to prioritize, the main attractions would include Qutub Minar, Purana Qila (or Old Fort), Humayun’s Tomb, Lal Qila (or Red Fort), Jama Masjid, Jantar Mantar, India Gate, Birla Temple, Bahai Temple, and Akshardham Temple. These should ideally be a part of every visitor’s itinerary.

Delhi is a vast city. As per the 2011 census, the city proper had a population of 11.0 million, though the urban area had a much larger population of 16.3 million.
